Hi,My head when measured is 59.5cm. By size chart it would be L size, however I am not sure if I should get one size bigger - XL for comfort.To avoid jaw cramps and having water flowing around head, what would you advise?Thanks!

I would go with the Large, they are already sized to not give you jaw fatigue. The size charts should be used as accurate, so you get the best fit. A hood will also break in after a few dives and the neoprene breathes from the water. This will cause it to be a perfect fit as it stretches to your face and head.
