Hi Mike, do you know if the tech butt plate would fit the Hog stainless steel backplate? How about the Apek backplate since I have that plate as well.

I spoke to the manufacturer and based off of how the Tech Buttplate is attached to the Dive Rite Backplate I can not guarantee that it will attach to either the HOG Stainless Steal Backplate or the Apeks Backplate. Both of these backplate do not have the correct slots on them for the Tech Buttplate to attach. On the Dive Rite backplate you would attach the plate to the lower oval slots on the backplate, which are not available on the HOG or Apeks Backplate
