HiMy hight is 5'7', inseam is about 29', neck 15-15.5"", and waist is 33-34"".Which size is suitable for me. I think SM is one.Also is this suit enough for normal diving under water temprature being 50-60degree ?

Yes, based on those measurements, the small looks like the best fit. It is actually a really good suit for almost all water temps. You just need to add more undergarments to stay warmer, the suit will do its job and keep you warm.
