Does this undergarment come with the battery pack, and if so, which one as I understand there are two options.

No, it doesn't come with a battery. You would need to add one. We do sell options from Light Monkey and you would also need a throughport to get from the inside of the drysuit to the extrenal battery pack. Feel free to call us as we can help sort thru all this for you.
