Description states you could glue these in to a suit and function as both quick-replacement seal and pullover dry-glove base. How would you glue the outer ring to a suit and have both the inner and outer sides available for use?

You would glue a small portion of the ring system to the suit. It's preferable to have the suit glued on the outside of the ring system. If you look at the picture, there are different grooves. You glue to the smallest portion at the tip. If this doesn't make sense, please call the shop as this specific question might not be able to be typed and might need more specific direction based on your suit.
