The free service kits come from Hollis. As long as you have proof of purchase from a authorized dealer (like DRIS) and keep the regulator serviced by manufacturer standards, any authorized retailer/repair facility will honor the warranty. You can also send the regulators back to us for service if you wish. We routinely have equipment and drysuit's from all over the world come in for service and repair.
