What is the standard length? What size thread is on each end? Will these fit Apeks 1st and 2nd stages without adapters?

The typical recreational hose length is around 30-32 inches. The fittings are 3/8-24 unf male to 9/16 unf female, which are standard scuba hose fittings, and those will fit with Apeks regs without adapters. If you have any other questions please let us know.
