Per the manufacture they said the best way to fit there hoods are to go by weight.
If you are around the 160 Lb range you would be a large, around 180 XL, 199+ XXL. They also stated that you should go by the size hood that you are currently using for diving. Feel free to contact us about the hoods at 815-267-8400
