By ""core layer"" they are referring to your torso. It would be best to wear this vest outside of your undergarment.
When you say ""core layer"" does this mean as the first layer of undergarments? For example, if I used this with a Xerotherm and Arctic system, would I put the vest on first, followed by the Xerotherm then the Arctic? Or would it be best on the outside? 3D Mesh Vest (Closeout)
