The ""Web My Harness"" option in the drop down menu means that if selected, the harness will be attached to the backplate. If you do not select this option, it will come as two pieces that you will have to put together yourself.
For warm water, with a 3mm I would recommend a 28 or 30lbs wing unless you plan to use a large steel tank.
