Does this kit include hoses, spg? It claims set complete in the title, but it is not specified anywhere what it exactly contains as a complete set

The set comes with two first stages, two second stages, and two LP hoses (one long hose, one short). The manufacturer considers this as a Set Complete due the the fact that it can also came as a First Stage Only Set.
