Yes those F1s are quite heavy. I talked to someone at hollis to find the right answer to your question. The gentlemen told me that the F1 is about 2 lbs negatively buoyant. The F1 LT, however, is about 1/3 to 3/4 of a pound negative. So a huge difference. Please keep in mind though, that the F1 LT is anywhere from 1 to 2.5 inches shorter depending on the size of the fin. Hope this helped!
