My dry suit undergarment fits mostly well (I'm tall) however and the sleeves are too short. Do they come longer? Can I order longer ones now and zip them in?

No, they don't come longer, unless you buy the next size up. The problem is, the zipper that runs around the shoulder, is shorter and longer with the different sleeves. So, although it sounds like it would work, it won't as the zippers are different sizes. Your best bet, would be to purchase the next size up. Also, did you maybe wash in warm water it or dry it in a dryer? That would cause it to shrink
