The Faber Hot Dip Galvanized HP80 Steel tank comes with a XS Scuba PVD PRO Valve which is yoke. But, the Removable Spin-Out DIN insert is included. The valves, typically, are sent out unattached. You would bring in the tank and valve to a reputable shop to attach and get filled. We do this in order to avoid any potential issues of the valve getting sheared off in anyway during the shipping process.
