Hi I'm thinking about buying this undergarment but according to the size chart a medium tall would probably be the best fit which isn't offered. Sleeve length would have to be 32-33"" leg length 32"" Would a medium cut it? Thanks

The difference in the medium and medium tall is 2 extra inches in the inseam, the large offers the extra length, however you would need to see if the other measurements would fit your needs. The measurement on the sleeve is 26"".
