Auqua Lung has a 2 piece 6.5mm available. According to their size chart a size 15/16 would be a good fit. It may be a little long, as they do not have short sizes available in the 2 piece. They also have a Solafx Semi Dry if you are looking to stay warmer. The Solafx uses 8mm neoprene in the torso and 7mm in the arms and legs, it is also available in short sizes.
