If you buy the Hollis Elite 2 packake ( harness plus wing) does it come with the single tank adapter? If not why not and is it necessary

The package does not come with the single tank adapter, it is an optional addition. The single tank adapter is used to further stabilize the tank from rolling side to side. The Hollis wing has a tank stabilizer on the back to prevent tank movement, the single tank adapter is a more heavy duty option, especially if you are using a larger tank.
