This would not work for your application. Unfortunately, once you remove the valve from an oxygen cleaned tank it can no longer be guaranteed to be free of any contaminates or suitable for oxygen use over 40%.
I need new tanks I bought for you oxygen serviced. However, I am flying with them so the valve and tank need to be separate during travel. Will this plug be more or less free of contaminants? That is, can I plug my tank with these after the tumble/wash? Tank Plugs for Tumbling
