Hi Kara,
On average Mens shoe sizing is 2 sizes larger than womens (ie. Mens 8 is Womens 10) That being said, some dive boots tend to run within 1 size of each other. The dive boots do not come in half sizes, so you may want to try a size 7 in these, since the molded sole does not stretch much when wet as compared to a soft sole boot.
