Hi Larry, this is a great system, it attaches onto your existing latex seal using a compression ring. You do have the option of having the permanently attached as well. For the Whites Fusion you would need to have the SiTech replaceable wrist system installed for a permanent attachment, this is the same system offered on the Fusion suit from the factory. The benefit of installing the replaceable system is being able to replace seals on the fly as well as it bieng compatible with the dry glove system.
