All of the accessories for the Hero 3, 3+, &4 are compatible with one another. However there are minor differences between the dive housing and standard housing.
you say its for the go pro 3+ but it says its for the hero4/ 3+ and 3 on the box GoPro Aqua Glass Red Filter
