I have a dc1200 sealife camera will that flash work with the dc2000 ?

The flash from your DC1200 will work with the DC200, the only difference is you will need the new adapter for the flash link cable. Your current DC1200 uses a ring style adapter, and the new adapter for the DC2000 is designed to trigger off of the cameras flash.
