I don't have money to get my certs for a while. Most of the time i free dive in more shallow parts of rivers and lakes. can i buy this and use this to dive with? or is a certification needed for this?

Hi JT, Spare Air would require you to have a SCUBA certification for using this item at anytime under the water.
