Hi Gary, this set does come with the regulator bag from Dive Rite. Your configuration will largely depend on the type of diving you are doing. We are a certified Dive Rite distributor, Dive Rite products come with a 1 year factory warranty, unless specified otherwise on their warranties page: https://www.diverite.com/warranty/.
