Hi Dave, the PVC coating will stiffen up in colder weather, but it would need to be in a near freezing environment for some time to become brittle enough the be damaged. So if you were concerned about using it for cold weather diving and it standing up to the temperature, for the amount of time it is exposed to the elements during a dive would be fine. You would not however want to leave it out in your vehicle or an unheated storage area for any length of time.
