Could I wear this under my Waterproof SD Combat semi-dry, or is it not meant to get wet?

Hi Jason, this vest would not work for you under the semi dry. It is designed to keep an airspace in the dry suit to provide a layer of warmth utilizing the airspace. Under your semi dry, you can use a Lavacore or Sharkskin to provide thermal protection. They are both neutrally buoyant, and are designed to be used wet.
