Does this package comes with a backplate? If yes what the backplate - SS XT or SS XT Lite? Does is has a smaller backplate for a woman? What is the total weight of the package? Thank you.

Hi Val, this package does not include the backplate with it. The Transpac, can however be used with a backplate for added stability. The softplate is sized based on height from shoulder to waist, the aluminum or steel backplates are all 1 standard size from Dive Rite. As the package sits with Transpac soft harness, singles wing, and weight pockets. You would be looking at a weight range of 9lbs-13lbs fully assembled, depending on the size of the harness.
