I have an open water certification.....Will I run into any trouble getting this tank filled at vacation sites or even local dive shops?

Hi Bill, the tank is not included in the package, but you can use any 80cf Aluminum tank. As long as you have your open water certification, you should not have any issues getting a tank fill at shops. They may ask you to provide your cert card for proof.
