Hi Jimbo, temperature range is tough to gauge because it varies so widely from person to person, to give you an example I personally dive a wet 7mm to 40 degrees F. The flex 190 is a 180 gm wight undergarment which would put you at a typical average textbook range of about 65-70 degrees without the use of the heating element. The max temp of this suit is 45 degrees C or about 113 F. For the size chart, SANTI is second to non for sizing. please take measurements in CM for the best possible fit, do not convert from inches to cm.
