Hi Johnnie,
The Perdix AI would work for this application as long as your wife remains in a close proximity so her transmitter can be read by your unit. Also with the Perdix you would want to have one grey transmitter and on yellow transmitter to do this. The two different colors report at different times to eliminate interfering with readings from each other.
