What are the mandatory options to reach "fully functioning" system? Transducer, etc?

The transducer is included in the package along with a microphone for the surface personnel. What you'll need to get the package fully operational will be your standard scuba equipment (BCD, 1st stage, tank, SPG, octo, backup mask etc).
