Yes, the Peregrine comes with straps and bungee unless you get the console version. The recommendation is for alternate color options for the strap. If you have any questions email me at nate@diverightinscuba.com
Does the Peregrine computer come standard with a wrist strap, or is that an additional option? I see a recommended option is for wrist straps, which implies maybe it does not comes with one. Peregrine Dive Computer
