Hey Rob, This package does not come with manifold plugs. The tanks will have a VIP sticker on them but will come empty and disassembled. If you have any other questions you can email me at Nate@diverightinscuba.com
When ordered in this package, are the valve plugs included so that the isolator manifold can be removed and the tanks run as singles?
