Hey Jim, for a used suit to qualify for the warranty you will need to send it in for inspection. If it passes you will then be able to purchase the warranty. Any damage(broken zipper, leaks, etc.) will need to be repaired before the warranty coverage begins. If you have any questions you can email me at Nate@diverightinscuba.com
