That depends on how you want your fin to fit. Both the XL and 2XL will fit. The XL will be a little tighter with that boot, and be harder to take off/on. The 2XL will fit a little looser, but might be too lose. You are right in between, and even the thickness of the socks you wear under the suit could determine which size fits better.
