It the upper of this boot made of canvas or neoprene?How does the size of these boots compare to street shoe sizes? Do they have additional room for attached neoprene drysuit socks?

These boots do not have a canvas upper to them, but a compared leather upper. For sizing, generally you would go a size up from what your normal show size is to accommodate for the socks on your drysuit, as well as any undergarment sock that you would be wearing.
