Thank you for your question. While XS Scuba does not provide info on a maximum depth for the Phantom, the package itself is designed for 200ft or less. As for cold water diver, we'd recommend diving in water temps above 50 degrees F. If you're looking for cold water or deeper diving, please reach out to use and we'll help you find a system.
