Would this glue work for attaching a drysuit zipper onto a fabric-lined interior (viking drysuit)?
Drysuit Glue
I acquired a viking HDS suit the other week and was looking to do a zipper replacement on it. I'm not concerned with sourcing the proper glue that is recommended for HDS suits and was settling with your DRIS glue instead. The interior of the suit is lined with a black fabric that appears to be infused into the nitechs rubber material, and so i was wondering if i could apply the glue directly onto this fabric surface and then attach the drysuit zipper?

Thank you for your question. For Viking Drysuits, any sort of installation should be done on the exterior of the suit rather than the interior. While DRIS drysuit repair glue will work, we highly recommend using Viking Glue with Hardener per the manufacturer's guidelines. Using the correct dry suit glue ensures a secure, long-lasting bond and maintains the integrity of your suit. If you’d like to discuss installing the zipper or need further advice, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. A member of our drysuit repair department will be happy to assist you. ~Dan
